Morning Meeting Schedule: Each student will have a time where they can share. We will start with a greeting and then students will have two minutes to tell a story, show or talk about something they would like to bring to share with the class. They will ask for three questions or comments. If they are bringing in an item to share, it must fit in their backpack.

Our lesson from SecondStep (Social and Emotional Learning): We will continue to talking about Managing Problems. The students are learning strategies to help calm themselves down in different situations and ways to talk to their peers in situations.

Reading: Unit 7 - Week 2: Skill: Making Inferences & Making Predictions:
The Reader’s Theater we will be reading on this
final week of Unit 7 is called: The Tricky Garden. When greedy Bear won’t share his berries,
Coyote decides to teach him a lesson. This silly play is packed with character
ed. lessons, which is so important for our young learners! Students will learn about fairness, the
importance of sharing with others, and giving others a second chance. Students will continue developing fluency and
expression throughout the week as well.
They will understand characters’ motives, actions, and feelings.

We hope to honor the 5:30PM end time as much as possible, but we may run over depending on how the rehearsal goes. ALL STUDENTS MUST BE PICKED UP FROM THE PAC.
